EVL Property Rentals began in 2017 with the purchase of a condo in SnowPine Village. After renovating the property and listing it on Airbnb, the business quickly gained traction. In 2018, Joe left his career in tech to focus on growing his portfolio and hosting full-time. Over the next two years, he renovated additional properties, achieving a top-rated status on Airbnb by 2020.
As the business expanded, other property owners noticed its success and approached our team for property management services. Initially hesitant, he decided to offer these services in late 2020. Audrey later joined the team, bringing her expertise in bookkeeping. Today, EVL Property Rentals manages both its own properties and others throughout Ellicottville and the surrounding areas.

Joe previously worked in Product and Marketing roles at various technology firms, leveraging his passion for new technology to continuously improve operations. He currently owns and operates eight properties in Ellicottville and uses this experience to assist other property owners in the area. Joe lives in Buffalo, New York, with his wife and two children. When he’s not in the office, you can find him around town checking on properties.

Audrey Pizzuto
Audrey previously worked in business valuation and forensic accounting at a local CPA firm. She now provides financial support to a select group of small business owners. Audrey lives in Buffalo, New York, with her husband, two children, and their golden retriever. In her free time, she enjoys skiing with her kids at the Buffalo Ski Club or Holiday Valley.
